1. I make not doing the thing harder than just doing it.
2. I promise myself a chocolate bar for completion.
3. I download Habit RPG app and pretend my life is a video game.
4. I pray I don't find it easier to bypass all of this and just eat the chocolate bar.

I struggle with staying motivated. I put treat breaks in my to-do list for hitting milestones. It helps but I have cats who need cuddles.
